About Me
I’m Rohan Morris, I’m 60 years old and a qualified Personal Trainer and Life Longevity Coach, similar to many, I went through the Covid era and witnessed many relatives and friends passing because of old age, cancer and a couple completely unexpectedly due to heart attacks (cardiovascular disease) in middle age. The main thing that struck me with all of them was that they passed before their time. I decided life is for living……………..I didn’t want to work late into my life with the threat of getting a terminal illness that cuts short my life without having the time to really enjoy it.
I went on a journey of deep and meticulous research and have practised what I have learnt and now have optimal health, all through observing a fitness and health regime that has had a hugely beneficial impact upon my life. I am told that I look younger than my years, I feel invigorated at the start of every day, I have an abundance of energy and am in peak health and apart from a mild and quick bout of covid in 2021, I honestly can’t remember when I was last ill.
The simple truth is that the science of life longevity has advanced significantly over the years and with a combination of a correct and individual fitness programme and now readily available supplements we absolutely have the ability to live longer healthier lives with a reduced risk of chronic disease. It has proven to have many health and well-being benefits including lower resting heart rate and improved aerobic and anaerobic capacity, lower risk of heart attack, reduced cholesterol, decreased risk of diabetes, improved blood pressure, improved cognitive ability and improved balance, which can lower the risk of falling, the leading cause of fatal and non-fatal injuries in older adults
